A connected, versioned risk model
Department, process, risk, control, and evidence form one connected structure. Every change stays traceable, and AI-Lock protects curated work from being overwritten later.
Goveron connects structure, frameworks, risks, controls, evidence and live events into one versioned risk model, continuously operated, evidenced and auditable.
Built by insic · In compliance, KYC, AML, monitoring and regulated markets since 2007.
Goveron connects the parts that are disconnected in most organizations today, input data becomes a connected model inside the system, producing results you can rely on.
Five views into the platform, from structure to dashboard, exactly as they look in daily operation.
Regulated companies usually know they have obligations to meet. The challenge is continuously connecting requirements, risks, controls, evidence, operational events, and audits.
Laws, frameworks, policies, and audit reports live in separate places.
Risk registers are maintained manually and go stale between audits.
Proof lives in folders, emails, tickets, or line-of-business systems.
KYC, AML, and monitoring cases change the risk picture but rarely make it into the risk model.
What gets reviewed is often a static state, not the ongoing operational reality.
Subsidiaries, locations, and jurisdictions make governance complex.
One continuous flow, from the chosen framework through human approval and the evidence gate to a reliable, auditable state.
GwG, GlüStV, AMLD, DORA, ISO 27001, GDPR, or customer-specific requirements.
Departments, processes, suppliers, roles, and owners.
Goveron suggests risks, controls, tasks, and KRIs.
Suggestions are accepted, adjusted, or rejected.
Tasks are attached with proof, documents, or statements.
Only accepted or auditor-confirmed evidence reduces risk after audit.
Core logicMonitoring, KYC/AML events, and financial indicators keep the model up to date.
Dashboards, heatmaps, reports, SoA, and audit trails show the reliable state.
Goveron does not store isolated lists. It stores one connected, versioned structure, enriched with live data and provably audit-ready at any point in time.
Department, process, risk, control, and evidence form one connected structure. Every change stays traceable, and AI-Lock protects curated work from being overwritten later.
KYC/AML events, monitoring signals, and financial metrics flow into the same model in real time. Thresholds raise the alarm before a deviation becomes an incident.
Every state is frozen as a baseline and stays provably reviewed. Evidence is uploaded, pre-sorted by AI, and confirmed by the auditor.
Many risk models reduce risk based on self-reported claims. Goveron deliberately separates reported progress from verified proof.
The starting risk without mitigation, likelihood × impact.
Mitigation based on the reported completion level of tasks.
Only accepted or auditor-confirmed evidence passes through.
Mitigation only through accepted or auditor-confirmed evidence.
Only solid evidence makes risk mitigation auditable.
Operational events and financial data are not an add-on, they are part of the core value: they continuously update risks, indicators, and evidence.
No raw PII in the RMS: pseudonymous IDs, masked labels, and secure deep links back to the source system.
Goveron uses AI for structuring, analysis, and preparation. Professional responsibility stays with people: suggestions are reviewed, adjusted, approved, or rejected. Changes are versioned and remain auditable.
From guided structuring and AI-assisted mapping to evidence review, live events, and audit-proof reports.

How complete & focused your setup is
Click Generate for a live AI summary.
Your setup is solidly structured with 7 departments, 36 processes and 34 risks (org. complexity 1.93). 62% of evidence is delivered, the 22 open tasks mostly concern processes without an assigned control. Next focus: close the evidence gaps and complete policy coverage.
Inherent → residual after planned controls

Across 34 assessed risks, the planned controls reduce inherent risk by 34% to the residual level. The focus is on risks rated high and critical, where the controls have the greatest effect. Recommendation: monitor the remaining high residual risks with priority and link them to KRIs.

Add a financial KRI (e.g. gross profit margin) to the relevant risk in the risk list.
Set the KRI’s “data source” to a financial indicator (revenue, margin, costs …).
Upload a BWA / IFRS / US-GAAP report, the linked KRIs update automatically.
DATEV BWA or a periodic management P&L (IFRS · US-GAAP), PDF, CSV, or text. You confirm the figures.
18 of 16 standard lines read · 14 counterparties (recap statement). Adjust anything not recognized cleanly, then save.
No KRI is fed from a financial report yet. In KRIs & alerts, map a financial KRI to a financial indicator, then upload a report here, it recalculates automatically.

A Statement of Applicability is specific to ISO/IEC 27001 and its family (27701, 27017/27018) as well as ISO 22301, standards where each Annex A control is marked applicable or not applicable and justified. The Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC (MD) / EU Machinery Regulation 2023/1230 is a requirement-based framework: every requirement applies, so there is nothing to declare as applicable / not applicable and no SoA check.
To check whether your risks and controls are complete against the Machinery Directive, go to Risks and upload the official framework document, the document analysis will suggest missing risks and controls.
You can still run the check against the Statement of Applicability of a reference standard, for example to see what an MD setup would additionally need to also certify against ISO/IEC 27001. This is a comparison aid, not the project’s own catalog.
Illustrative sample values, not an actual catalog comparison.
A rough market-entry estimate: Goveron maps your infrastructure, built for Germany, onto a target market and groups risks and tasks into 5 match levels. Staying in the same bloc (e.g. EU → EU) usually scores higher.
How much of your existing infrastructure is already transferable to Austria. Higher = less setup effort for market entry.
Rough estimate: per department ≈ current capacity × (1 − match %). A department at 50% match with 4 people implies ~2 more (≈ 6 total). Intended for comparing markets, not exact workforce planning.
A rough market-entry estimate based on a deterministic offline model, not an exact metric and not a substitute for a legal review of the target market.

Goveron was not designed on a drawing board, it grew out of day-to-day work in regulated markets.
Goveron · Principles
We will show you how Goveron builds an auditable risk model from requirements, risks, evidence, and operational signals.
Goveron is offered as a SaaS subscription with modular add-ons. Pilot and enterprise structures are discussed individually.
The key answers about Goveron, short and to the point.
Goveron turns regulation into an operational, auditable workflow: company structure, regulatory frameworks, risks, controls, evidence, and monitoring events combine into a connected, versioned risk model, producing a workflow board, risk dashboard, and audit trail as direct output.
For organizations that must continuously demonstrate compliance to regulators and auditors, such as gambling & iGaming, FinTech & financial services, and groups with multiple entities or locations. Consultants and auditors also use Goveron to structure assessments and review evidence.
Goveron is built framework-agnostic and already ships with 50 frameworks out of the box, for example GwG, GlüStV, AMLD, DORA, ISO 27001, GDPR, or ArbZG. These are examples, not a fixed limit: a project can be assessed against one or several frameworks at the same time.
Goveron deliberately separates the reported completion level of a task from a verified proof. Through the evidence gate, only evidence accepted by the AI or confirmed by an auditor reduces the residual risk after audit, self-reported claims alone are not enough.
KYC and monitoring events enter the risk model only pseudonymized and with masked labels, raw PII never lands there. Evidence file bytes are also never persisted; where personal data is detected, only the review verdict is retained.
Every save writes its own immutable version with editor, timestamp, and audit flag. When an auditor opens a project, Goveron automatically freezes the current state as a baseline, so every later change stays traceable.
Goveron is developed by insic, active in regulated markets since 2007, with experience in KYC, AML, monitoring, and gambling regulation. insic is also certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
